- Use to indicate how many copies you want to
- print (1 - 255). Default number of copies
- is 1.
- Form Help Screen\hPurpose: Specify a form to print on.\hOptions:
- Form (F=<form>)
- Specify the name or number of the form to
- print your job on.
- If an invalid form name is used, CAPTURE will use the default values.
- The default is Form=0.
- Form Feed Help Screen\hPurpose: Leave the printer ready to start the next
- print job at the top of the next sheet of paper
- after this print job is printed.\hOptions:
- Form Feed (FF)
- If Form Feed is enabled, the printer starts
- printing the next job at the top of the next
- sheet of paper. However, if an application
- places a form feed at the end of its output,
- using this option causes an extra blank page to
- be fed through. Default is Form Feed enabled.

- Include to disable form feed at the printer.

- If your printer does not interpret tabs,
- specify the number of spaces from 1 through 18
- to replace each tab in your print job.
- Details Help Screen\hPurpose: Request additional information about
- printing parameters.\hOptions:
- Details (D)
- Include if you wish to verify that the
- combination of command line options and print
- job configuration options are producing the
- desired effect. The Details option also
- clarifies which print queue is being used when
- this might not otherwise be displayed.
- Timeout Help Screen\hPurpose: Print from an application without exiting
- to DOS.\hOptions:
- Timeout (T=<0-1000 seconds>). The TImeout option sends data
- to the print queue a specified number of
- seconds after the application last writes to
- the port.
- The default is 0, meaning that no timeout
- occurs.
- Show Help Screen\hPurpose: Display the current capture status of all
- LPT ports.\hOptions:
- SHow (SH)
- SHow will indicate:
- Whether ports are captured.
- Whether ports are set to send data to a
- network print queue or to a network file.
- How the CAPTURE options are set.
- Using the Show option does not affect the
- capture of an LPT port.
- You cannot use Show with other options.
- LPT Port Help Screen\hPurpose: Specify the LPT port to capture or end
- capture.\hOptions:
- LPT port (L=<1-9>)
- Default is LPT1.
- The End Capture (EC) option allows the ALL option
- to be used instead to indicate that all LPT ports
- will have their captures ended.
- The number of ports available to capture can be
- specified by including the line
- NETWORK PRINTERS = <0-9>
- in your NET.CFG file.
- LPT1 - LPT9
- These are alternate spellings of the Local
- option which allow you to specify the port
- number in a more meaningful way.
- Keep Help Screen\hPurpose: Preserve data captured even though the
- workstation hangs or loses power.\hOptions:
- Keep (K)
- Use this option if you plan
- to capture data over several hours.
- Automatically End Capture Help Screen\hPurpose: Specify whether captured data
- can be closed and sent to the printer when you
- exit an application.\hOptions:
- AUtoendcap (AU)
- Include if you want previously captured data
- to begin printing when you exit or enter an
- application. The default is Autoendcap enabled.
- No Autoendcap (NA)
- Include if you want to continue capture
- regardless of when you enter or exit an
- application. Capture must then be ended
- explicitly with the End Capture (EC) option.
- 231: You cannot specify both a printer and a print queue on the
- same command line. If you are in Directory Services mode, specify either a
- printer (P=) or a print queue (Q=).
- If you are in bindery mode, specify a print queue.
- 602: This utility could not open the print job configuration
- database, PRINTJOB.DAT owned by %s. Try specifying the CAPTURE
- options on the command line instead of using the Job (J=) option.
- 603: This utility could not read the print job configuration
